last nights chops

Can't beat buy one get one
i let the chops sit in a brine mixture of cold water, salt and brown sugar for about an hour
after an hour i pulled the chops dried them off and lightly seasoned
a few simple seasonings and in the cast iron skillet they went
4 minutes per side then 10 in the oven at 400 add asparagus and a cornbread muffin and it's dinner time
